Overview
Panels outside rooms integrate Exchange / M365 calendars. Symptom: “room free but red light” or ghost bookings.
Tier 1 checks
- Ethernet 802.1x cert expiry; panel on wrong VLAN.
- Time sync and NTP; TLS failures if clock skew.
- Service account password rotation broke OAuth—re-consent per vendor doc.
Calendar side
- Room mailbox auto-accept policies, booking window limits, delegate conflicts.
- Cleans stale meetings script if users abandon reservations—policy + culture.
Firmware
Power-cycle after vendor-acknowledged memory leak builds; patch quarterly.
Replacement spares
Small panel fleet: keep one spare paired to staging resource mailbox for fast swap.
Metrics
